Frequently Asked Questions
Kiftzuba offers a variety of activities such as a shaded outdoor yard with inflatables, kids train, bumper cars, hovercars, soft-play climbing areas, carousels, and a Ferris wheel. The indoor area has a motorized soft-play area, ball pool, Bimba cars, and more. The second building has a Ninja arena and foam-ball cannons.
If you lose something in the park, we keep found items for one month. Baby bottles and pacifiers are disposed of, and any food found will be thrown away.
Kiftzuba is usually crowded only on Chol Hamoed Pesach and Succot and part of August. The crowds start at 12 pm and end around 4 pm. The rest of the year is relatively quiet. In the mornings of July, we have summer camp kids. We recommend coming after 2 pm. Groups usually leave between 2-3 pm.
Everybody who is 1 year old or older needs to pay.
Kiftzuba offers a family experience, and adults have the opportunity to play together with their children in an active way.
Pregnant women who are 6+ months along enter free of charge.
Fires are not permitted on the park premises, and we do not allow barbecues (except for Independence Day). There are parks and forests in the vicinity where you can barbecue.
Pets are not allowed in the park.
Sorry, we don’t have any storage or lockers. However, for special needs, you may leave your belongings in the office at your own risk.
No, we don’t have a petting zoo anymore.
On rainy days, some of the rides may be closed based on management’s decision. Please note that there are no refunds for those who have already entered the park.

Here’s some helpful information to keep in mind during your visit to Kiftzuba:
- Kiftzuba is a non-smoking park.
- Your safety is our top priority, so on rainy days, some rides may be closed.
- Pets are not allowed in the park.
- On peak days (such as Chol Hamoed Pesach and Succot), the park may become overcrowded. In this situation, we may need to close the gates for a few hours. Please note that tickets purchased in advance through clubs and organizations do not guarantee entry during temporary closures.
- Discounted tickets from clubs or credit cards must be purchased in advance. You cannot receive the reduction without pre-reserving.
